The Silcoff Selections are here for Week 7 of the 2025 NFL Season! Below are my records for my straight up and against the spread picks for the season thus far.

Records Last Week:

Straight Up: 9-6

Against The Spread: 7-8

Season Records:

Straight Up: 55-37-1

Against The Spread: 39-53-1

Thursday Night Football: Pittsburgh Steelers (4-1) @ Cincinnati Bengals (2-4) I Line: Steelers -5.5

ree

The Pittsburgh Steelers have started the season strong, while Cincinnati has been winless since Joe Burrow went down. However, Thursday night games tend to get weird — and desperation often wins out. Joe Flacco and the Bengals offense showed flashes of life late against Green Bay last week, and I think that momentum carries over.

Score Prediction: Bengals 27, Steelers 24

ATS Pick: Bengals +5.5

Early Sunday Slate: Rams-Jags Head Across the Pond

ree

Los Angeles Rams (4-2) vs Jacksonville Jaguars (4-2) I Line: Rams -3

The Jaguars are no strangers to crossing the pond, but this trip might favor them more than ever. The Rams could be without Puka Nacua, which is a massive blow to their offense. With Jacksonville’s defense quietly putting together an impressive year, expect them to handle business in London.

Score Prediction: Jaguars 24, Rams 21

ATS Pick: Jaguars +3

Carolina Panthers (3-3) @ New York Jets (0-6) I Line: Panthers -1.5

The Jets are in free fall and could be without Garrett Wilson — a loss that would cripple their already struggling offense. Carolina, meanwhile, has strung together two straight home wins and looks to carry that momentum onto the road. Bryce Young and Tetairoa McMillan do just enough to squeak out a victory.

Score Prediction: Panthers 23, Jets 20

ATS Pick: Panthers -1.5

Las Vegas Raiders (2-4) @ Kansas City Chiefs (3-3) I Line: Chiefs -12

Patrick Mahomes is once again reminding the league why he should be the best quarterback in the league until further notice. Rashee Rice returns to the lineup, and even if his impact is limited, the Chiefs’ offense should be more than enough. Geno Smith’s turnover issues continue, giving Kansas City the upper hand.

Score Prediction: Chiefs 27, Raiders 17

ATS Pick: Raiders +12

Miami Dolphins (1-5) @ Cleveland Browns (1-5) I Line: Browns -2.5

Neither team is inspiring much confidence, but talent tips the scales here. The Browns’ offense is just awful, and the Dolphins — despite their own issues — simply have more firepower. Expect Miami to scrape together enough offense to get their second win of the season.

Score Prediction: Dolphins 21, Browns 20

ATS Pick: Dolphins +2.5

New England Patriots (4-2) @ Tennessee Titans (1-5) I Line: Patriots -7

This is the first game of the post-Brian Callahan era in Tennessee, and it’s a dangerous trap spot for New England. Mike Vrabel, coaching against his former team, will have his squad fired up. Still, with Drake Maye continuing to play like one of the best quarterbacks in football, the Patriots stay hot.

Score Prediction: Patriots 27, Titans 17

ATS Pick: Patriots -7

New Orleans Saints (1-5) @ Chicago Bears (3-2) I Line: Bears -5

Spencer Rattler and the Saints despite their record have exceeded my expectations this season, but this matchup favors the Bears. Caleb Williams and Ben Johnson continue to find ways to win, and the Bears extend their win streak to four in front of the home crowd.

Score Prediction: Bears 24, Saints 20

ATS Pick: Saints +5

Philadelphia Eagles (4-2) @ Minnesota Vikings (3-2) I Line: Eagles -1.5

Philadelphia has had extra rest and can’t afford to lose three straight. Regardless of whether the Vikings start JJ McCarthy or an injured Carson Wentz, the quarterback disadvantage is too glaring. Expect the Eagles to bounce back and pick up the road win.

Score Prediction: Eagles 23, Vikings 20

ATS Pick: Eagles -1.5

Early Sunday Slate: Colts-Chargers Square Off In Crucial AFC Matchup

ree

Indianapolis Colts (5-1) @ Los Angeles Chargers (4-2) I Line: Chargers -1.5

The Colts enter this matchup healthier and more consistent, but Justin Herbert looked rejuvenated last week. With key injuries to the run game, expect the Chargers to rely heavily on Herbert’s arm — and against a weak Colts secondary, that’s a recipe for success.

Score Prediction: Chargers 24, Colts 23

ATS Pick: Colts +1.5

New York Giants (2-4) @ Denver Broncos (4-2) I Line: Broncos -7

Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo, and these Giants have been fun to watch over the last few weeks, but they are going up against perhaps the best defense in football. I expect the Broncos defense to cause havoc all day long, and Denver picks up the home win.

Score Prediction: Broncos 26, Giants 16

ATS Pick: Broncos -7

Green Bay Packers (3-1-1) @ Arizona Cardinals (2-4) I Line: Packers -6.5

Arizona’s locker room energy is fading fast. With Jacoby Brissett likely under center again, Green Bay’s defense should dominate from start to finish. Jordan Love does enough offensively to secure the victory.

Score Prediction: Packers 27, Cardinals 19

ATS Pick: Packers -6.5

Washington Commanders (3-3) @ Dallas Cowboys (2-3-1) I Line: Commanders -1.5

this one has shootout potential. Dak Prescott is playing at an MVP level, but Washington’s defense is simply better than the Cowboys'. Jayden Daniels rebounds from last week’s late-game fumble with a massive performance, leading the Commanders to a huge win on the road.

Score Prediction: Commanders 28, Cowboys 27

ATS Pick: Cowboys +1.5

Sunday Night Football: Atlanta Falcons (3-2) @ San Fransisco 49ers (4-2) I Line: 49ers -2

ree

The Falcons are riding high after a Monday night win over Buffalo, and Bijan Robinson looks unstoppable. The 49ers, meanwhile, are decimated by injuries — Nick Bosa and Fred Warner headline the absences. Expect Atlanta to take advantage and stay hot.

Score Prediction: Falcons 24, 49ers 21

ATS Pick: Falcons +2

Monday Night Football Game #1: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-1) @ Detroit Lions (4-2) I Line: Lions -5.5

ree

Baker Mayfield continues to play at an MVP level, but injuries to Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Emeka Egbuka are too much to overcome. The Lions, angry after last week’s loss, take care of business at home.

Score Prediction: Lions 33, Buccaneers 26

ATS Pick: Lions -5.5

Monday Night Football Game #2: Houston Texans (2-3) @ Seattle Seahawks (4-2) I Line: Seahawks -3

ree

Despite Seattle’s talent on defense, they’ve struggled mightily at home. Houston comes off a bye refreshed and ready. The Texans’ defense gets after Sam Darnold, and the upset alarm rings loud at Lumen Field.

Score Prediction: Texans 23, Seahawks 21

ATS Pick: Texans +3
