These TikTok Editors Have Me Thinking I'm Stepping on That Field Sunday Night

Another day, and another day closer to the NFC Championship on Sunday between my favourite team, the Seattle Seahawks, and the Los Angeles Rams where a trip to Super Bowl LX in San Francisco is on the line. And if you took one look at my social feeds right now, it is nothing but edits, previews, and predictions for this game.

Because of that, I mainly wanted to give a huge shout out in this post to all the TikTok and Instagram editors who have been putting together these hype videos. They are basically getting me to feel like my number might get called to step on that field Sunday night. Some of these edits have fired me up so much it genuinely feels like I should be suiting up.

It honestly makes you think about how hyped the players must already be with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. I have seen edits with songs like "Legends" playing with Seahawks highlights everywhere (via @the.evergreen.state on Instagram)

Or even clips from Mike Macdonald’s first speech to the team after getting hired as head coach in 2024. As you can see,  he pretty much spoke this exact scenario into existence, and now we are just days away from it come possibly coming to fruition (via @Seahawks on Instagram)

Some of these videos are straight up movie trailers. I have seen edits using the Avengers Endgame trailer audio layered over Seahawks players and moments (via @alejndrosr07 on TikTok) pulling from everything that has led to this point over the last 11 years. Ever since that Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots, when we threw the ball at the one yard line and Malcolm Butler intercepted it, this franchise has been building toward moments like this.

This might be a bit of a stupid post, but I just wanted to write something today. These TikTok and Instagram editors are insanely talented, and these edits are absolutely peak. They have me feeling like I am about to run onto the field and make a tackle on Sunday.
